Eszter Boros – Personal Trainer / Lifestyle Coach
As a person with 10+ years of experience in overcoming obstacles in corporate jobs and on a personal level I have finally found my passion in fitness about three years ago. It was less of a new discovery and more of re-discovering my inner teenage self who used to be involved in multiple team sports and dancing projects in high school.
After going through a personal transformation myself I decided this was something I want to build my future on: helping people find that inner passion for health and fitness and pursue goals they always wanted to chase, may those be about building new lifestyle habits, becoming healthier and stronger, losing weight or even chasing an athletic performance goal like completing a half marathon or participating in obstacle races.
I believe you can make big things happen for you as long as you want them bad enough and you’re willing to do whatever it takes to get there. I did it, so can you and by becoming stronger physically, you’ll also become more self-confident and will be easier to overcome other life obstacles.
I joined Stu’s Immortal Bootcamp as a trainer at the beginning of 2016 to help out in the Marlow area and now I am taking bootcamp sessions closer to home in Cippenham, Slough. Besides that I currently work with personal training clients on a 1-2-1 basis and I also work with an online business focused on trainers and fitness businesses to help them help more people get fit.
My fitness and health related experiences included playing basketball, volleyball and hockey in my youth. More recently I worked for an indoor bootcamp provider in 2015 and for a low budget gym in 2016 delivering one-to-one and group sessions of different size.
I currently aspire to become an athlete on the field of obstacle racing and 2016 brought me a hard earned Trifecta in the Spartan season as part of my first full year in the so called OCR world. It is becoming bigger year by year bringing a wide variety of events available to us in the UK, so if you’re aiming to complete a Tough Mudder, a Nuts Challenge or any of the other dozens of available races, I will surely push you to your limits on each session to be prepared for the demands of such a race.
I find that having fun while working out is a very important part of staying on track, so we as a team at Immortal will make sure that the workouts are varied, suited to the terrain but requires hard work. I believe in safe exercise so I will also make sure you perform every exercise with good form, so the focus can be on efficiency and quality over quantity so you can prevent injuries.
Looking forward to see you in the park!
